THE SITUATION
Located just below the village, the chalet looks to the south, with no vis-à-vis. The private wooded grounds surrounding the chalet offer peacefulness and intimacy. Around, pasture, the Guisane valley and the mountains.
Access to the chalet from the main road is through a small road, and a private way. This path is large enough for several vehicules to park, close to the chalet.
Nearest shops and village center are 300m away.
The ski runs are 500m away, it is a 10min walk through the village.
A free shuttle service is available from the village to the pistes. There is also another shuttle to the other villages of Serre-Chevalier Valley, Briançon and the train station.
Total surface of the chalet is around 250sqm, on four floors. The chalet has five bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Rez de jardin:
Entrance-coat room, garage-cellar, ski room and heating room.
Ground floor:
60sqm living room with fireplace and large windows opening on the terrace, the garden and the mountains. A large mezzanine dominates the area.
From the living room, a dining area, and then a corridor with the stairs to the other levels, and access to a separate fully-equipped kitchen (which has an opening on the dining area).
The corridor leads then to two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate wc.
First floor:
An open area to the mezzanine and its large bookcase. This space has large openings, a desk and armchairs for reading and quietness.
The master bedroom comes next with large openings to its balcony, a private bath and shower room, and a private wc.
Second floor:
A space with wardroab and cupboard.
Two bedrooms with sloping ceiling share a balcony.
Independant bathroom with its own wc.

The chalet is decorated with a mix of contemporary and antique furniture.
It is confortably equipped:
Recent bedding, high quality linen, wireless telephone, high-speed internet, Wifi, alarm system.
In the living room, a 106cm LCD TV, Hi-Fi system.
There are also many books, games (chess, cards...)
The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality material: gas stowe, pyrolysis owen, microwave, dish-washer, ...
Washing machine and dryer are in the bathroom on the ground floor.
